Owned Morning
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Owned Morning for digital products purchased from ownedmorning.com.
By downloading, opening, or using a product, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the product and contact hello@ownedmorning.com.
1. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Owned Morning grants you a single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. What you may do
- Use the files on your own devices (phone, tablet, computer, e-ink, etc.).
- Print pages for your personal use.
- Keep reasonable personal backups.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, publish, or share the files or download links with others
- Resell, rent, or commercially exploit the products (including on Etsy, Gumroad, marketplaces, or as part of a client service)
- Claim ownership of our designs, copy, or branding
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or strip assets to create competing products
- Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the products — including planners, layouts, illustrations, text, audio, and trademarks — remains the exclusive property of Owned Morning. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the IP.
5. Updates
We may provide free updates or replacements at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide ongoing updates unless stated at purchase.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination you must stop using the product and delete copies in your possession. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owned Morning’s liability related to any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
