This Privacy Policy explains how Owned Morning (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ownedmorning.com, take our quiz, or buy digital products.

Owned Morning is operated as a sole proprietorship by an individual based in Illinois, USA. We do not maintain a public physical storefront.
1. What we collect
- Quiz answers: preference responses (wake time band, household context, friction, energy, cue style, and resulting morning type). This is preference data for product matching — not medical or health data.
- Email / contact info: if you email us or we later capture email for delivery or updates.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation and limited billing details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical / usage data: standard host logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, if enabled, analytics.
- Advertising pixels (possible): we may use TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, or similar tools later for ads measurement. If enabled, those tools may collect device and interaction data per their policies.
2. How we use information
- To run the quiz and suggest a morning type / planner.
- To fulfill digital orders and provide customer support.
- To improve the site, products, and messaging.
- To measure marketing performance if pixels/analytics are enabled.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including:
- Stripe (payments)
- Hosting providers (US hosting)
- Email or form tools if used for delivery/support
- Analytics / ad platforms if pixels are enabled (e.g. TikTok, Meta)
We do not sell personal data. We do not share quiz answers for sale to data brokers.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep order and support records as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Quiz answers stored in your browser session may be temporary; any server-side retention (if added later) will be limited to fulfilling and improving the product.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, email hello@ownedmorning.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
5. Cookies & pixels
Our site may use essential cookies for basic function. If we enable TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, or similar tools, they may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings and platform ad preferences.
6. International & hosting
We primarily host and process data in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to the US.
7. Children
Our products are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your choices
- Email us to request deletion or a copy of data we hold about you.
- Opt out of marketing emails (transactional order email may still be sent).
- Use browser controls for cookies / tracking.
