Terms of Service
Welcome to Owned Morning (ownedmorning.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and digital products. By browsing the site, taking our quiz, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Important disclaimer
Owned Morning products are productivity and organization tools only. They are not medical, mental-health, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. Our quiz uses friendly preference labels only — it is not a clinical assessment. If you need medical or mental-health support, please consult a qualified professional.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our paid digital products. By buying, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
2. Digital products only
We sell digital goods and downloads only, including planners, trackers, wallpapers, audio sequences, Notion packs, bundles, and related digital assets. There is no shipping of physical goods. Delivery is by download link, email, or in-product access after payment.
3. Accounts, quiz & personalization
Our free quiz collects preference answers (for example morning shape, household/work context, friction, timing, and desired feel) to suggest a morning type and related planner. Quiz answers are preference data — not medical data. Personalized or quiz-generated planners are digital products tailored from those answers.
4. Orders & payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. By completing checkout you authorize Stripe to charge the listed amount.
5. License to use products
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, as further described in our End User License Agreement (EULA). You may use the files on your own devices, print pages for personal use, and keep reasonable personal backups; you may not redistribute, share, or resell the files or download links. You do not acquire ownership of our intellectual property.
6. Intellectual property
All planners, designs, copy, quiz content, artwork, audio, templates, and branding remain the exclusive property of Owned Morning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell (including on Etsy or similar marketplaces), share download links publicly, sublicense, or reverse engineer our products except as allowed by law or written permission from us.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, quiz, or checkout flows.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Do not use our products to create competing commercial offerings without permission.
8. Refunds
This refund section applies to digital products sold by Owned Morning on ownedmorning.com (planners, trackers, wallpapers, audio, bundles, and related downloads).

Digital goods — short version
- 48-hour window for technical delivery failures only (file corrupt, link broken, purchase not received).
- Personalized products (including quiz-generated planners) are final sale once delivered, except for technical delivery failure.
- All digital downloads follow the same 48-hour technical-only rule — we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery.
8.1 Technical delivery failure (48 hours)
If within 48 hours of purchase you do not receive your download, the file is corrupt, or the access link does not work, email us with:
- Order email and approximate purchase time
- Product name
- A brief description of the issue (and a screenshot if helpful)
We will re-deliver the file or issue a refund at our discretion based on the technical issue.
8.2 Personalized / quiz-generated products
Planners or packs generated or selected from your quiz answers are personalized digital goods. Once successfully delivered, they are final sale. The only exception is a technical delivery failure as described above.
8.3 Non-personalized digital downloads
Wallpapers, trackers, audio, bundles, and other standard downloads are also covered by the 48-hour technical-failure-only window. There is no separate 14-day cooling-off refund for change of mind after successful delivery of digital files.
8.4 What we do not refund
- Change of mind after the file was delivered and opens correctly
- Disliking the aesthetic or morning-type suggestion after a successful download
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake after delivery (contact us quickly — we may help swap if unused and within 48 hours, at our discretion)
- Incompatibility with a specific app/device when the file itself is intact (we describe intended formats on the product page)
8.5 How to request
Email hello@ownedmorning.com within the applicable window. We aim to reply within two business days.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payments. We may use analytics or advertising pixels (for example TikTok Pixel or Meta Pixel) in the future. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Products and the site are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Owned Morning’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
