Privacy Terms Refund EULA

Welcome to Owned Morning (ownedmorning.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and digital products. By browsing the site, taking our quiz, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our paid digital products. By buying, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Digital products only

We sell digital goods and downloads only, including planners, trackers, wallpapers, audio sequences, Notion packs, bundles, and related digital assets. There is no shipping of physical goods. Delivery is by download link, email, or in-product access after payment.

3. Accounts, quiz & personalization

Our free quiz collects preference answers (for example wake band, household context, friction, energy, and cue style) to suggest a morning type and related planner. Quiz answers are preference data — not medical data. Personalized or quiz-generated planners are digital products tailored from those answers.

4. Orders & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. By completing checkout you authorize Stripe to charge the listed amount.

5. License to use products

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, as further described in our End User License Agreement (EULA). You do not acquire ownership of our intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

All planners, designs, copy, quiz content, artwork, audio, templates, and branding remain the exclusive property of Owned Morning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell (including on Etsy or similar marketplaces), share download links publicly, sublicense, or reverse engineer our products except as allowed by law or written permission from us.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, quiz, or checkout flows.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Do not use our products to create competing commercial offerings without permission.

8. Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. In short: a short window for technical delivery failures; personalized quiz-generated products are final sale once delivered except for technical failure.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payments. We may use analytics or advertising pixels (for example TikTok Pixel or Meta Pixel) in the future. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products and the site are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Owned Morning’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
